Thank you for choosing Epoch Custom Packaging & Trading. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and options to ensure you receive your order in a timely and efficient manner.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment withinĀ 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Local Delivery

We are pleased to offer our own local delivery service to various regions in Florida. Delivery fees are waived when your order meets the specified minimum value for your area.

Greater Orlando Area

  • Delivery Schedule: Monday & Friday
  • Minimum for Free Delivery: $500
  • Delivery Fee: A flat fee of $25 will be applied to orders that do not meet the $500 minimum.

Extended Florida Areas Our delivery routes to extended areas operate on a weekly schedule with specific minimums for free delivery.

  • Jacksonville & Miami Areas
    • Delivery Schedule: Tuesdays
    • Minimum for Free Delivery: $1,000
    • Delivery Fee: A flat fee of $75 will be applied to orders that do not meet the minimum.
  • Tampa & Gainesville Areas
    • Delivery Schedule: Wednesdays (Tampa) & Thursdays (Gainesville)
    • Minimum for Free Delivery: $700
    • Delivery Fee: A flat fee of $50 will be applied to orders that do not meet the minimum.

Nationwide Shipping

For customers outside our local delivery zones, we offer reliable nationwide shipping.

  • Carrier: We ship all non-pallet orders via UPS.
  • Shipping Options:
    • UPS Ground (Estimated 1-4 business days)
    • UPS Next Day Air (Customer pays applicable express rates)
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs are determined by real-time carrier rates based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Same-Day Delivery: We do not offer same-day delivery at this time.

Freight & Pallet Shipping

For large-volume orders, we offer Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight shipping viaĀ Coyote Logistics and other trusted carriers.

  • Rate Calculation: Due to the variable nature of freight shipping, rates must be calculated manually. Please contact a salesperson directly to arrange a quote and schedule your pallet shipment.
  • Transit Time: Estimated delivery times are generally 1-5 business days, depending on the destination.

Order Tracking and International Shipments

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, the tracking number will be available in your account on our website. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • International Shipments: We do not ship directly to international addresses. However, we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice, typically located in Miami, FL. Our responsibility for the order ends upon its successful delivery in perfect condition to your designated freight forwarder. The customer is solely responsible for all subsequent shipping, customs, duties, and logistics.
