Minimum Order Requirement

  • Average minimum order quantity (MOQ) is around 5.000 units to 20.000 pcs.,each custom print product varies.

Design and Color Specifications

  • Complimentary Basic Design: Small modifications and placement.
  • 3 Colors included for mostly everything, some packaging can accommodate Full Color by default.
  • Any extra color will be $80 each on top of the total amount.

Pricing

  • Our custom print service pricing is flexible and open to negotiation, tailored to meet your unique requirements. Reach out to us to discuss your specific pricing needs.

Payment Process

  1. To kickstart the design and placement process, we require a non-refundable deposit of $200. This deposit is not an additional charge and will be deducted from the total invoice.
  2. Once you approve the final design and placement, we'll request a non-refundable payment of 50% of the total invoice, minus the $200 initial deposit, to begin production.
  3. The remaining 50% of the total invoice is due upon the arrival of your custom products at our facilities. Once we receive full payment, we'll proceed with the delivery or shipping of your products.

Production Timeline

  • Generally, production takes around 3 months from the start date. For first-time orders, expect a slightly longer timeline, which may vary depending on the product.

Storage and Delivery

  • We provide complimentary storage for your products at our warehouse for the first 30 days after arrival. Should you choose to continue storing your products with us beyond the initial 30 days, a storage fee of $50 per pallet per month will apply.
  • A separate storage agreement will be provided, requiring your signature. This agreement relieves us of any responsibilities for damages to stored products beyond the initial 30-day period.
  • Upon arrival of your products and full payment received, first delivery will be complimentary (Only Orlando and vicinity), partial or full.
